Have fun and flow with this free flow arts workshop at Flemingdon Park!
Flow arts are a combination of dance and prop manipulation that allow for a method of expression that is simultaneously playful, mesmerizing, and fun!
Our professional instructors will introduce and guide you through to a variety of flow arts that will inspire wonder and creativity, including:

This open-ended workshop will be a beginner level introduction to the flow arts and will be fun for people of all ages!
About the Instructor
Lem Sizzle is a flow facilitator from The Flow-Jo (www.theflowjo.ca) who has traveled around the world learning the art of flow in its various forms and is passionate about sharing it with anyone willing to learn.
Join us in the park, East of Grenoble Dr., to try different flow arts toys. This workshop is in association with the Long Exposure Festival produced by Little Dada with support from Arts in the Park and the Toronto Arts Council and The Flow-Jo.
